5BC, Rome; 415AD, Alexandria; 2020, Minneapolis

I saw some similarity between the mayor Jacob Frey surrounded by so called activists for equality who demanded the dissolution of the police and Gnaeus Marcius Coriolanus surrounded by the noble citizens, the frothing mob and senators, who demanded proof of his loyalty to the state. There is also some faint resemblance with Parabalani banging at the doors of the library at Alexandria demanding that pagan interpretations and mystical writings about science and astronomy by likes of Hypatia be burned to the ground.

They were in religious fervor in search for the truth and would not pause for any conversation. They had had enough for their leader, the kind, beloved and noble son of god had been crucified and forsaken.
